Only went in to replace a battery in my key fob but got excellent friendly service

I bought my L200 Barbarian from Browns' in 2020. Craig, Robin and the service team are brill. They take time to understand your timescales and problems for a service/MOT, and make best endeavours to meet your needs. Robin, literally went the extra mile to get my L200 MOTed and serviced on time. Must mention Lisa, warranty compliance . She, like Robin, provided brill service to me. Thank you Browns' My pride and joy looks good - What else can I say. ✔️👍😀

Excellent service pleasant polite and courtesy car as well

Quoted me £130 extra for a service in comparison to two other Mistubishi main dealers (including nearby Lancaster Mistubishi). Was lucky I rung around as you'd expect main dealer service centres to charge the same (which the other two did). Leaves me with a bitter taste and probably would put me off ever using them now. I'm only leaving this review to help other fellow customers as on this occasion the pricing was poor (and unfair really). Please note I'm not commenting on the workmanship as understandably I never used their service.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Browns. They are a truly professional team. Throughout the process they were helpful and polite. When I collected the car it was valeted to a very high level, as well as having a fresh service and MOT. They fixed a couple of little niggles too. After the purchase I noticed a couple more defects but the after sales team have been absolutely brilliant. They have sorted everything with perfect professionalism and treated me like I’m royalty. I really couldn’t fault them. They will be top of my list when looking for my next vehicle.

Extremely happy with the service recieved today, unfortunately my car had to be recovered to the dealership due to an electrical fault it was fixed quickly and I was kept upto date with the progress. I also asked if they could service the car whilst they had it ( no other car garage I've ever been to has been able to do this) especially on the same day , also washed the car which is always a bonus 10/10 service and will be bringing it back for it's next service thanks once again

I cannot express enough how professional the team is! Extremely efficient and knowledgeable about the issue I had with my heating system! Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for restoring true customer service
